Larry found a real contender today. It’s a two story that backs to open space. It’s in Highlands Ranch, which ok because it’s still close in. The home has really good “bones” and lots of very special upgrades.
The kitchen is spacious, but it has white cabinets. As much as I don’t care for the cabinet color, the house has so many other redeeming features I’m ready to over look this negative.
The other hesitation was the small secondary bedrooms. My office would be so tight in one that I figured I’d need to spread out and use two bedrooms.
OK so this one was close, but not perfect.
Too bad, the sellers must be motivated, within a week they already had a price reduction.
