Only one area, zip code 80246 which is actually Glendale, not Denver is experiencing a longer time on market. The higher average price could be the reason for that. It’s not unusual to see longer time on market when the average price is well above the median. There’s just fewer folks who can afford it! Even at that Glendale’s range is considered a “balanced market” as indicated by the band chart above.
