In Colorado we see construction everywhere. However there is one construction site that is amazing beyond words. It is the Lone Tree Medical Plaza on 9596 S. Yosemite Street in Lone Tree.
Three years ago Douglas County, Colorado became home to the newly constructed Skyridge Medical Center. This new hospital has been a huge draw to the area for medical office buildings. The latest new addition to the neighborhood is using the most modern building techniques.
The largest mobile crane has been put to work hoisting the heaviest tilt-up, site-cast concrete wall panel. This 3 story medical building will cost $18 million and should be done by fall ‘07.
