Denver Real Estate ~ 3 year graph

Graphs tell a story, maybe not the whole story but they do reveal interesting trends.  This one shows the four statuses of housing layers, inventory, new listings, under-contract and sold each month.

Inventory has been steady dropping.  As of late we are selling more (under-contract) and closing more homes.

An overview of the three years shows a seasonal decline in all layers around the holidays.  This has been a consistent pattern.  I would bet we could show a 10 year graph and see the same pattern.

It would be interesting to compare this same information with other cities, outside of Colorado.  I suspect some would not fair as well as Denver.
