Are you a real estate market report junkie? It’s ok to admit it! Yes, we all want to hear how the real estate sales are doing in our neighborhood. Trouble is real estate is local, so listening to the national real estate pundits doesn’t provide much insight to the local areas where we live. Real estate is local after all!
My company The Berkshire Group, REALTORS has a Statistical Fairy who prepares for us the current up-to-date market statistics for Denver real estate. She works day and night counting all the homes and condos that have come on the market and sold. She also counts the days on market for each and every property!
Using these statistics we know if the local neighborhood or in this case the Zip Code is considered to be a Seller’s Market or a Buyers Market. Knowing this information is very powerful, because with it we can plan a pricing strategy for both buyers and sellers.
Of course this information is just to good to keep a secret, so I have gotten special permission to share it here on the Denver Dwellings blog. Use it wisely!
