Real Estate Stat lovers will really enjoy the upward trend I’m seeing on this graph. OK, so we aren’t selling as many homes each month as we did in year’s past, but we are incrementally gaining each month!
September most likely will see a decrease, but as the graph shows, that is the beginning of the time when we seasonally expect to see a slow down in sales.
Combined Homes Sold means the combined number of both single family detached homes and condo/townhomes in the Denver real estate market.
