Denver Real Estate Sales for January 2014

The year is off to a strong start! Real estate sales throughout the City and County of Denver are reflecting a strong if not extreme seller’s market based on this band chart.  There are only two zip codes that are not considered to be strong 80230 and 80231.  Both zips have few sales as a ratio to listings.   Buyers looking for a better deal may want to consider investing in these areas if they can convince a seller to accept an offer!

Buyers in the lower price ranges are finding it difficult to purchase a property without having to compete with other buyers.  If you are one of these buyers, you best bring your A Game to the table if you plan on winning!

The City and County of Denver Zip Code map includes both Downtown Denver homes, condos and townhomes for sale. In addition the City Close neighborhoods of Washington Park, Park Hill, Country Club, Hilltop, Southmoor Park, Congress Park, Cherry Creek, Berkeley, Highlands and many more.
