Denver Real Estate Statistics

In compiling the final real estate sales statistics for the metro Denver area, the numbers tell us what we already knew.  The lower end of the market was the place to be selling. Homes under $200,000 sold the best.  As the price goes up the homeowner has a lesser chance of selling.
