		<description>You have plenty of figures for the people that like numbers. I think you will see first time buyers thinking about buying now. I have had a number of inquiries this week into just such things.

   This is great for me since I still do 50/50 buyers and sellers. Sounds crazy but that is the internet and many of my past clients buying and selling.

		<description>I guess that most major markets are reflecting the same stats as you are showing for Denver. The lower priced properties in the Atlanta market are the most active also. One thing that we have also noticed are that first time buyers are making up a more significant part of the buying public. What do you see in Denver with first time buyers?
