I think it should be noted how the average price of the homes selling in various neighborhoods affects the price per sq ft, so your ranking might not be a truly accurate picture. IE. University Park vs Bonnie Brae South have dramatically different avg sales prices, lower priced/smaller homes typically sell for more price per sq ft.

At the time of this writing the stats for “Five Points, Curtis Prk, Ballpark were:
172 Days on market
$326,180 Avg Sold
$190.86 Avg SF $
5 units sold

I realize this isn’t specific to Five Points alone.
