The Federal Agency says the growth rate for Colorado will be the best since 2000.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. is the government agency that insures bank deposits. Confidence is positive for Colorado since the agency stated they expect Colorado employment growth in 2005 to advance 2% to 3%, the best in several years.
Economists for the agency also feel that home prices will continue to rise.
