The borrower has a six month or twelve month redemption period in which to pay off the loan. One of the biggest problems, and it is the same every where is that all to often borrowers take no action. They do not want to hire the right people to limit their losses. The decision process is complicated by the fact they have no idea of the local markets and do not want to learn. It much more complicated than this but by not being local it just adds to the task. Could this be done in India?
