Housing Predictions for 2006

The National Association of Realtors has forecast the Front Range will post an average appreciation of 7% each year in the next two years.  The prediction is based on the forecast of job growth in this region as well as the recent boom in the energy sector.

    Nice article on housing appreciation. I still believe real estate may fare better than the stock market, even after tremendous run-ups in prices the last few years.
