Interest Rates Inch Up

The Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan in an effort to keep inflation under control raised the short-term interest rates .25%, to 2.50%.  In general it appears this year will see a steady increase in the interest rate.

If you are sitting on the “buy or not to buy” fence, now is the time to make that home purchase decision.
