Highlands Ranch is a very large planned community located in the south suburbs of Metro Denver.  The area enjoys a rich quality of life with many amenities in the area.

Homeowners pay small HOA dues each quarter for maintenance of the community and support for the 4-recreation centers.  Membership is included with the dues, so homeowners find this is quite a bargain.  Each of the rec centers is located in a different section of the Highlands Ranch, making it convenient for members to frequent one close to their homes.
