		<description>Its too bad we can&#039;t do this for everyone that&#039;s hurting right now.  It dosen&#039;t seem right that only certain people should be able to use this deal.  The government can afford to bail out Wall Street but they can&#039;t find any room to help the average American.</description>

		<description>Great summary of a bill that is another government handout. Why is the government not arresting the person that had the gun to the borrower&#039;s head when he signed the loan docs? Oh, that&#039;s right there wasn&#039;t any gun.

The borrower took the money and either bought a  house he/she could not afford or did a cash out refinance and then took the proceeds to pay for a lifestyle that they couldn&#039;t afford. And, now its the government&#039;s responsibility to correct society&#039;s gluttony? I hope not.

		<description>It makes sense considering the fact that the point of helping someone get out of debt is to make it permanent. If there was a tax burden associated with the debt forgiveness the impact would not be that great. There would be too many people that the tax debt would crush.</description>
