Vita Bella 1627 Coalton Road, Superior. This family restaurant really is a family restaurant. You will find the owner and his brothers in the kitchen cooking. Don’t miss their double-crust spinach pizza or the sausage and peppers.
Chipotle Mexican Grill – 1644 E. Evans Avenue, Denver. This is a large national chain of fast, fresh Mexican food. They feature a giant burrito, but also have tacos. You’ll have your choice of salsas (mild, medium or hot), and cheese or sour cream. They also have other locations around the Denver area.
Tom’s Home Cookin’ – 800 E. 26th Avenue, Denver. They feature a yummy chicken pot pie, killer carrot cake and sweet-potato pie. This is gourmet takeout, but have a few tables.
