New Builder Coming to Denver

The real estate market in Denver has been experiencing modest growth over the past few years. This year’s forecasts are upbeat and the motentum appears to be good, particularily in light of recent announcements on the builder front.

Ashton Woods Homes, one of the largest home builders in the country is about to join the ranks of national builders in the Denver metro area.  Ground breaking could begin as soon as this summer, pending certain building permits are obtained.  Ashton Woods focuses on Class A locations with a very high-design product.
