Real estate sales in the Northwest Suburban area of Metro Denver continue into the second quarter of the year at a brisk pace. The only “yellow” area that indicates a “balanced market” is in zip code 80422, which is Gilpin County, the Black Hawk area.  There they had 5 sales out of 30 active listings on the market.  Buyers who are getting discouraged looking for homes in close in the Metro Denver area might find success up in Black Hawk!

The majority of this area continues to have less than 12 weeks of inventory.  Overall Denver has less than 8 weeks inventory.  Sellers you rule now, so now is the time to list and sell your home!
