Proper Grading Home Maintenance Tips

Proper grading around your house can prevent your home from experiencing settling and possible severe damage.  Yes, it’s true, Colorado homes are susceptible to settling and foundation damage without proper grading.

Grading is so important when it comes to our homes.  New home builders always warn new home buyers not to change the grade on the home or to plant flowers and bushes next to the foundation.
