My sister just moved into a new condo in a suburb just north of Denver. This information will be very useful when I go to visit.

Kristal, being from New Orleans the below flatlands part of the country I see the same issues in another way. Its the heat and humidity that can knock you out if you are not use to it. I even get worn out unless you drink as you go and stop for periods to refresh.

Great insite into your area.

Very good and thoughtful advice for incoming buyers. For those of us in the "flatlands" who have visited there, it does take some time to aclimate to the altitude difference. Walking up a few stairs can feel like walking up several flights in lower altitude places. (gasp ... gasp ... wheeze ... gasp!)
