If you have any Stapleton updates, I would love to hear them. We will be moving back to Denver in the not too distant future, and this is a neighborhood we are interested in hearing more about.

Stapleton Original ~ Yours was one of the homes we previewed I do believe. I must say I was impressed with the use of space in the attic. It is a versatile area that can be used for a variety of purposes. My teenagers (now grown) would have loved the space. Even now, as an empty nester I could make good use of the area as a home/office or hobby room. Actually I could see a fight developing over who would get usage! Hubby has been dying to set up a train layout...

It is a true neighborhood. I followed Forest City's plans well in advance of the development and we were in the first group of homebuyers in February 2002.

Our 3 story on a quiet pocket park is a superb location for a young family. The 3rd floor was
a favorite place for our kids when they were little - my wife had a TV and sitting area up there with their toys and games. Very warm and safe and out of site from visitors.

The park is a wonderful "yard" - our kids have grown up there with their friends.

Great neighbors, kids, and lots of love in these walls. We can walk to everything; the pool is 2 blocks, the school is about 10 blocks, grocery and shops and pub are 3 blocks.

Quiet street, no through traffic, and downtown is 10 minutes and DIA is 20 minutes. A couple miles to I70 and the mountains.
