Uptick Denver

Average sale price of homes in the U.S. went way above Denver’s average sale price. Of course that was short lived.  Good old steady Denver didn’t experience the “climb” of values, but look at us now! We are UPTICKING while the rest of the country appears to be on a downward roller coaster ride.
