The Hunt

We know what we want, but finding it has been a challenge.

Reality set in and we gave up on finding a ranch style home. If we were to go further south to Castle Rock, we would find a rancher, but that’s just too far.

We decided on Lone Tree as a boundary and a good place for easy access to I-25. Considering the amount of driving we both must do and the fact that Lone Tree appears to have it’s act together as a city.

We also love the fact that Lone Tree planted lots of deciduous trees that turn red in the fall. This seems petty, but Colorado’s native Aspens only turn yellow so red is really special!

OK, so the field is open, any home in Lone Tree that has a good setting, view and the space we prefer.

Sounds easy, yes?

It’s not.
