I can almost guarentee that they were either old women or very inexperienced byers. Or they were gay... Paint is a much more sensible approach, as it is more appealing to younger people and, again, can easily be altered to fit the new owners personal taste. I have owned three homes, wallpapered in all of them and sold them within a month at double what I paid. Wallpaper adds texture, life and beauty to a room.
