Some regions of Metro Denver are selling a bit faster than others but the difference is a very slight 12 days.
The Northeast Metro Denver Region which covers Commerce City, Brighton, Henderson and NE Aurora has the lowest weeks of inventory at 5.28. This area also enjoys the most affordable average home price at $272,078 in September.
The area's highest average price home comes in at $394,863 is in the SE Metro area. Lone Tree, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Denver Tech Center, SE Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Sedalia and Castle Rock are the towns found in this area.
